EAPG stands for Early American Pattern Glass which dates from 1850 until 1914.
EAPG is clear or colored pressed glass made in tableware or glassware matched sets.
Pattern: The original manufacturers name was Riverside Glass Works Number 492 Empress.
Color: This EAPG Cruet in the Empress pattern is crystal glass with gold decoration.
Design: crescent arches with beads, scrolls and filigree around the base.
- This pattern had five different sizes of kerosene lamps.
- One of the few early American pattern glass lines to have open salt dishes.
