PRIVACY POLICY

  • Reuzeit Emporium collects no consumer information and, therefore, no consumer information is shared. If you have any questions about our policies, or we can be of assistance in any way,  please don’t hesitate to contact us. We value and appreciate your business.

PAYMENT

  • PayPal or Venmo is our only method of payment but you do not need a PayPal account.
  • PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards. 
  • Payment is due at time of purchase.
  • Orders are shipped within 72 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends/holidays.
  • PayPal must have cleared & verified the payment before an item is shipped.
  • Cancellation of an order must be within 30 minutes after your PayPal payment. 

SHIPPING

  • Buyer pays Shipping and Handling. Cost is based on weight and size.
  • PayPal and Shipping Information must be the same.
  • Carrier used is USPS, (United States Postal Service) you also get a tracking number.
  • You will receive e-mail notification when your item has been shipped along with it’s tracking number.
  • All items are packed in sturdy boxes with bubble wrap & packing peanuts.
  • Insurance is extra and must be requested. 
  • Reuzeit Emporium is not responsible for uninsured items that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Buyers are responsible for packages that can not be delivered due to an incomplete address. For returned incoming package, buyer must pay the resend shipping fee.
  • ALASKA, HAWAII AND INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE E-MAIL FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE BEFORE ORDERING. Please note: It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of his or her own country’s customs laws and duty charges. Any customs duty or import duties, taxes, fees, or charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.  
  • We DO NOT ship to: Africa, South America, Russian Federation, Armenia, Azerbaijan Republic, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

 

  • All sales are final. 
  • All items are previously owned and sold as-is.  Please remember that many of these items are gently used and may have minor imperfections or wear signs. I exam each piece thoroughly and do my best to disclose flaws within each item so there are no surprises. All items are described to the best of my ability. Items are packed and shipped with care so they arrive in the same condition they leave the store.
  • There is a ten percent restocking fee.
ITEMS DAMAGED
IN SHIPPING

We take pride in our packing techniques. However, we have experienced some breakage due to USPS handling techniques.

Procedure for damaged items:
  • Please help us identify any damage early and document it well so that you do not lose out on damaged merchandise. If the box is damaged when your package arrives please take pictures showing the damaged areas on the box.
  • When the box is damaged there is a good chance the item(s) inside are also damaged. If any of the items inside the box are damaged USPS needs pictures of the damaged items.
  • For china include pictures of the front and back of the damaged piece(s).
  • Please let us know within 48 hours if you have received damaged merchandise.
  • If your item is damaged you must keep it in its original packing and box for a damage claim to be filed.
  • We will provide you the information tracking number/ insurance number) needed to file your claim for breakage. Go to: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and start your claim process.
  • This is in your best interest as the refund will be paid directly to you and you have the damaged item and packing material.

What you need to file the claim

  • Tracking or Label Number
  • Proof of Value: sales receipt, invoice, credit card bill, PayPal receipt
  • Proof of Damage: photos that clearly show the extent of damage; hang on to damaged item until your claim is settled.
