Featured is a wonderful piece of EAPG Cruet in the Cone or Arctic Pattern.

  • EAPG  stands for Early American Pattern Glass which dates from 1850 until 1914.
  • EAPG is clear or colored pressed glass made in tableware or glassware matched sets.
  • Most pieces had a glossy finish, but some had a satanized finish.
  • Pattern: The original manufacturers name was Arctic. This pattern is also known as Cone.
  • Color: This EAPG Cruet in the Cone Pattern is yellow (canary) glossy glass. This pattern was made in other colors.
  • Design:  bulging scales in the shape of diamonds
  • This pattern was made in cased glass, white on the inside, then the color, with clear glass on the outside. The color was cased between the white and the clear.
